Many of you already know that I (Brett), recently bought the store. The website represents the only noticeable change I will be making at euPAWria. Dave built a great thing here, and I had the pleasure of managing the day to day operations for about 8 months before becoming owner. I know a good thing when I see one, and I will maintain the same level of customer service that you’ve grown accustomed to. I will also stay the course as it pertains to pet foods and nutrition. I know the brands you like and will continue to carry inventory of our current lines while always looking for great deals on those and other quality brands so that we can continue the tradition of offering great prices on great products.
Our satisfaction guarantee/return policy is still in effect. If you are unhappy with a purchase, bring it back. I will make sure you leave with a product that better meets your needs, a store credit, or your money back. You’ve made the effort to spend your hard-earned dollars at my store, it’s only right that I make sure you get the best use of them.
The transition has gone very smoothly, thanks in no small part to your continued support. I want to personally thank each of our customers for helping to make euPAWria what it is today-a warm, friendly (and of course pet-friendly) atmosphere where you can get information and advice as well as quality pet food and supplements. A place that you feel confident about and comfortable in. Over the next few weeks or months I expect many of you will be able to meet my wonderful wife and all four children. Two two-legged and two four-legged babies.
